Ordering and delivery
How do I receive my ebook or art print?
A download link is emailed to you right after payment.
What file formats do you provide?
Ebooks are PDF. Art prints are high-resolution JPG files in sRGB.
I did not get my email. What now?
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email hello@beebetterdaily.com with your order details and we will resend it.
Licensing and refunds
Can I print the art myself?
Yes. Art prints include a personal-use license. Print and frame them for your own space. Commercial resale is not included, and commercial licenses are available on request.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital files cannot be returned, so sales are final once the link is delivered. If a file is damaged, missing or not as described, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it. See the Refund Policy.
Design services
How long does logo design take?
First concepts arrive in about 5 business days for logo packages and 7 for the Full Brand Pack, depending on how quickly we receive your brief.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds on Logo Starter, four on Logo Plus and four on the Full Brand Pack.
Who owns the logo?
After final payment you own the final approved design and receive the files. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Custom printing
How long does printing take?
Production takes 7 to 12 business days after you approve the proof, plus shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
Printed goods ship within the United States by default. Contact us for an international quote. Digital items are available worldwide.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single piece. Bulk pricing starts at 12 pieces.
