These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of beebetterdaily.com and your purchase of products and services from Bee Better Daily LLC ("Bee Better Daily", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and be able to form a binding contract.
2. Products and services
We sell digital ebooks and digital art prints, and we provide logo design, brand packs and custom printing on items such as mugs, tumblers and t-shirts. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors on screen may differ from printed results. Some digital artwork may be created with the assistance of software tools, including artificial intelligence, and is described as digital artwork on the product page.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are added where they apply. Payment is due at checkout or as stated in your written quote. Custom design and printing projects may require a deposit before work begins. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and by paying you also agree to its terms.
4. Digital products and license
When you buy an ebook or art print, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, view and print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, upload for others to download, or use it in products you sell, unless you buy a commercial license from us in writing. We keep all ownership of the work.
5. Design services
Each package states the number of concepts and revision rounds included. Extra revisions or changes to scope are quoted separately. After full payment, you own the final approved design and receive the final files. We keep ownership of unused concepts and may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. You confirm that you have the right to any text, images, names and logos you give us, and you are responsible for checking that your name and logo do not infringe others' rights, including trademarks.
6. Custom printing
Printed items are made to order from the artwork you approve. You are responsible for checking the proof for spelling, colors and placement. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy. Please contact us before starting a payment dispute with your bank so we can fix the problem.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, ebooks and artwork, are owned by Bee Better Daily LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or reuse them except as these Terms allow. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, email hello@beebetterdaily.com with the details and we will review it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, submit false information, or send us material that is illegal, infringing or harmful.
10. Disclaimers
The site, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. Ebooks and guides are for general information and education, are not legal, tax or financial advice, and do not guarantee any result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Better Daily LLC and its owners and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms or any law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.
14. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, with our Privacy, Refund, Shipping and Cookie policies, are the entire agreement between you and us.
